Focus Features has released another Last Night in Soho trailer for Edgar Wright’s long-delayed psychological thriller film, featuring some bits of new footage. It is currently scheduled to make its debut in theaters on October 29. The video continues to highlight Thomasin McKenzie’s Eloise sudden time-hopping ability which leads her to witness a murder in the past. As she goes back-and-forth between the present and the past, she tries to reach out to Anya Taylor-Joy’s Sandie in order to save her.
Last Night in Soho is directed by Edgar Wright from a screenplay he co-wrote with Krysty Wilson-Cairns (Penny Dreadful). The film is led by Thomasin McKenzie (Leave No Trace, Jojo Rabbit), Golden Globe winner Anya Taylor-Joy (The Queen’s Gambit), and Emmy nominee Matt Smith (The Crown).
“In the psychological thriller, Eloise, an aspiring fashion designer, is mysteriously able to enter the 1960s London where she encounters a dazzling wannabe singer, Sandie,” reads the synopsis. “But the glamour is not all it appears to be and the dreams of the past start to crack and splinter into something far darker.”
